Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort was enjoyable, primarily due to the stunning lake views and the friendly service. Although the dining options were sometimes crowded and the room decor felt a bit dated, the comfortable accommodations made it a pleasant experience. I particularly loved the private beach access, perfect for relaxation! 🏖️🍂

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and clean, although some features like the bright clock and the thermostat's limitation were annoying. The beds were very comfortable, allowing for restful nights.
Service
8.0
The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Jennifer the manager, who went out of her way to assist me. The valet service was also helpful and efficient.
Location
9.0
The hotel is beautifully situated on Lake Tahoe's shores, with stunning views all around. I enjoyed the convenience of being close to great restaurants and recreational activities.
Dining
6.0
While the food was generally high quality with diverse options, I found the brunch on weekends a bit overpriced. The overcrowding at some dining spots was an issue, particularly during peak hours.
Facilities
7.0
The heated pools and jacuzzis were fantastic for unwinding, especially after a day of exploring. However, the limited restaurant hours in the offseason were a drawback.

5.6/10

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has beautiful vistas and a great staff, but I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. While the location is stunning and the amenities like the outdoor pool are nice, the service fell short in a few areas, particularly with room issues. Overall, I left the resort feeling mixed about my experience.

Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious, but I found the safe easy to remove and the sliding door was jammed, making it frustrating to deal with. Not the kind of troubles I expected during my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff, including Milda and Brian, were friendly and provided helpful service, but the in-room phone system was confusing, which could be a serious issue in emergencies.
Location
8.0
Incline Village is amazing with access to a private beach, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation, but it's quite remote, so a car is necessary.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and really liked that there were excellent dining options on-site, but my experience with the s'mores kit was disappointing—stale marshmallows were a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
The heated outdoor pool and recreational opportunities definitely stood out, but I felt that some areas needed more attention, especially during peak hours.

I had a mixed experience at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. The stunning lake views took my breath away, and I appreciated the comfortable rooms. However, the hotel was quite crowded during my stay, making it hard to enjoy the amenities like the beach and pool. It felt like they were overbooked while still having some offerings closed, which really impacted my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but they felt somewhat average for the price. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive at night.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although I did encounter some issues with the bike rental service. It's a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to responsiveness.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for summer visitors, being near the private beach and ski resorts like Diamond Peak. However, in winter, I found limited kid-friendly activities nearby.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were varied but some experiences were underwhelming. The Lone Eagle Grille was really good, but unfortunately, some restaurants were closed during my visit.
Facilities
6.0
The heated outdoor pools and jacuzzis were a highlight, offering great relaxation despite the winter cold. However, there were crowded areas where it was clear they didn’t have enough facilities open to serve the number of guests.

5.8/10

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort was quite enjoyable, particularly due to the beautiful surroundings and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor heated pools and access to a private beach were wonderful highlights. though I did find the dining options a bit pricey. The staff were attentive and helped create a pleasant experience, but some extra fees for parking and other services caught me off guard.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious with a cozy bed, and I appreciated the two complimentary water bottles daily. However, I noticed the room wasn't vacuumed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
Service
10.0
The staff, including valet and management, were extremely helpful and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. They truly made me feel welcome.
Location

Located near Diamond Peak, the resort offers stunning lake views and easy access to skiing. The vibe was peaceful, especially at the private beach, which was a nice retreat.
Dining
7.0
While the food quality was high, I was shocked by the prices—for example, $26 for a burger. It felt steep, especially for breakfast options.
Facilities
9.0
The heated pools and hot tubs were fantastic, especially after skiing, and I loved the engaging outdoor activities available, like paddle boarding and kayaking.

I had a great overall experience at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, with stunning lake views and really good customer service, especially from Kendra, who really went above and beyond. However, the room I stayed in felt a bit dated for the price, especially compared to other places I've visited nearby. The location is fantastic for skiing and relaxation—but the pricing could be a sticking point for some travelers.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it felt a bit outdated and was priced higher than some newer options in the area. I enjoyed having a balcony, but the view was less than ideal, overlooking a driveway instead of the stunning lake.
Service
10.0
The service was excellent, with staff like Brian the valet and Kendra the events manager truly making my stay nice. Their attentiveness and willingness to help enhanced my overall experience greatly.
Location
9.0
The proximity to Diamond Peak ski resort was a major advantage, making it easy to hit the slopes. I also appreciated the private beach access, which provided a lovely spot to unwind.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed dining at Lone Eagle Grille, where the food was delicious and the view of the lake was a fantastic perk. I wish there were more late-night options available, especially since the surrounding area quiets down after 9 PM.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally good, with a beautiful outdoor space and heated pools, but I wish some elements like the bathrooms could be updated to match the average price point.
